Politecnico di Milano, in collaboration with AC Milano, Sara Assicurazioni – Sara Safe Factor Project – is organizing an event dedicated to road safety, addressing both risks related to car use and the adoption of soft mobility or electric micromobility.

The increase in victims recorded in the first half of 2024 is moving Italy further away from the European target of reducing the number of fatalities and serious injuries by 50% by 2030, as set out in the “Road Safety Policy Framework 2021-2030” programme.

This trend highlights the urgent need to improve road safety, particularly in urban areas.

During the event, experts from Politecnico, together with a former F1 driver and a race engineer, will provide the audience with an overview of current research, as well as techniques and behaviors to adopt to ensure road safety.
