CHANGE 2026

The fourth edition of CHANGE – the event that Politecnico di Milano dedicates to sustainability – will take place on Wednesday, 11 November 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Leonardo Campus, in the De Donato Lecture Hall.

The event will be opened by Rector Donatella Sciuto and Professor Alessandro Perego, Vice Rector for Sustainable Development and Impact, who will present the Politecnico’s achievements and commitment to sustainability, taking the audience on a journey through the key challenges of today and tomorrow.

Environment, circular economy, food and inclusion will be the focus of a series of short talks exploring the challenges of sustainability and how each of us can contribute to change, from everyday choices to major global issues.

Guests will include Lollo Marittimo, a marine biologist and content creator, and Sofia Fisicaro, a science communicator and content creator focusing on sustainable fashion.

This year, CHANGE will also provide an opportunity to meet, exchange ideas and participate, open to the entire Politecnico community and the wider public.

Several student associations from the University will host stands in the Village, where they will showcase their projects and prototypes, highlighting the connection between creativity, research and innovation in developing practical solutions for sustainability.

In the days leading up to the event, university students will be able to take part in “Change the Game”, a sustainability-themed challenge designed to introduce them to the Campus’s sustainability initiatives. The winners will be presented with their awards on stage on 11 November 2026.
