Workshop on Sustainable Mobility – Cremona Campus on April 12th
On Sunday 12 April 2026 from the new Cremona Campus of the Politecnico di Milano will start the Ecoverso R-Ace amateur car race. This initiative will reward drivers of hybrid and electric vehicles who achieve the lowest fuel/energy consumption (expressed in litres or kWh).
For the first time, the University’s new full electric FIAT Doblò will also take part in the race, with a crew made up of the University Mobility Manager and the Administrative Manager of the Cremona Campus.
In the afternoon, from 14:30, in the new Aula Magna, the workshop “The evolution of sustainable mobility between autonomous driving and encouraging figures” will take place (in italian).
The event will feature contributions from several faculty members and the University Mobility Manager (see Programme below) and will explore the current state of the transition towards lower-impact mobility, progress in autonomous driving, and prospects for the transport sector, as well as the actions that Politecnico is promoting to support electric mobility.
The awards ceremony for the race winners will follow.
